KINO EDISON
Edison Cinema is the second purpose-built cinema in Croatia. Today it is a multimedia centre that combines cultural heritage, audiovisual and performing arts with modern technology to create an excellent atmosphere. With 70 VR headsets Edison is also the first VR cinema in Croatia. It has two halls (202 and 21 seats), a multifunctional room and a space for coworking. In the cinema there is also a café with a spacious terrace in natural shade and an interesting souvenir shop.
It was built in 1920 in the romantic art déco style and it is a protected cultural heritage. It operated continuously for almost 80 years, but due to the destruction caused by the Homeland War and privatization, projections were stopped. The cinema’s new life began in 2016, when it was returned to city ownership, followed by a revitalization project that began in 2021 and finally returned the cinema to its full glory in September 2023.

KARLOVAC
The city of Karlovac is located in central Croatia, and is framed by four rivers, Kupa, Korana, Dobra and Mrežnica. Due to its excellent location and traffic position and easy accessibility, Karlovac is ideal for organizing events, and with its natural beauty and rich cultural and historical heritage an excellent choice for tourists.
It is one of the few cities with exact founding date, July 13, 1579, and was named after its founder, Archduke Karl Habsburg.
Karlovac was built and designed according to human standards: green valleys of four rivers, centuries-old gardens and promenades, bicycle paths, traditions of culture, sport, crafts and trade make it a pleasant place to live and stay for all visitors.

Old Town of Novigrad on the Dobra River
The Old Town of Novigrad on the Dobra River is a protected cultural property and is considered one of the most significant representatives of the cultural heritage of the Karlovac area. It once guarded the old road that was the connection between continental Croatia and the sea, and today it can still be easily seen from the highway, on the stretch between Karlovac and Bosiljevo. Even today, it is not known exactly when the old town of Novigrad was founded, although the 12th century is sometimes mentioned. However, it is well known that in the 15th century it came into the hands of the Frankopan lords, in whose hands it remained until 1671. It was during their time that it experienced its greatest flourishing, and they further developed it, emphasizing not only its defensive function, but also the comfort of life within the walls. Today it is a popular excursion destination and its walls proudly tell an exciting story about the importance it once had.

Novigrad na Dobri
Novigrad na Dobri is a small picturesque village. Its historical importance can be seen by the old town and the stone bridge over the Dobra, with ten arches, one of the most beautiful river bridges in Croatia and a protected cultural heritage site. It is 122 meters long, and cars still drive over it today. The bridge itself, as well as the old town of Novigrad on the Dobra, are ideal destinations for a short trip or ecxursion.
You can reach Novigrad na Dobri after just a few minutes of driving when you get off the Zagreb-Rijeka highway, or you can also reach it by taking the D3 state road, which will take you from Karlovac via Severin na Kupi to Rijeka.
