Program

DAY 1

  • In two dynamic hours, three attractive stunts will be presented to the audience, from preparation, performance to conversation with stuntmen who will reveal the secrets of safe execution of some of the most attractive stunts.
  • Facilitator: Dario Maradin
  • Expert commentator: Željko Matovina
  • The opening of the festival with the screening of the film “Number 55”, which is considered the best action film about the Homeland War based on a true event; interview with director Kristijan Milić and a member of the film’s stunt team.

DAY 2

  • Coffee full of excitement and a get-together with the stuntmen will introduce the participants in what to expect from the rest of the program of the program and the world of live film action.

  • 10:30 am – 11:30 am: “When I grow up, I’ll be a stuntman” From three different countries, three world-famous stuntmen reveal how to become a stuntman and all the secrets of the trade with their inspiring stories and through conversation with the audience.    
  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: “Stunts – the illusion of safe chaos” Danger and excitement are the most common associations with stunts. Risky or safe? In reality, neither. Find out what safety on set is and why it’s more important than ever.    
  • 12:00 am – 12:30 pm: break   
  • 12:30pm – 1:10 pm: “The Expendables 4 – live!” Meet part of the stunt team of one of the world’s most famous action franchises and experience famous movie scenes in front of your eyes.    
  • 1:10 pm – 1:40 pm: “Stunt work – a man’s world. Or is it?” Movies with action heroines are no longer a rarity, but what are the challenges for stuntwomen and are there any differences in the perception of men and women in the stunt profession? Find out the answers firsthand at an interesting panel and skill demonstrations.
  • Feel the heat of stunt skills on wheels and hood!

  • Ceremonial closing of the festival and awarding the prizes for the best stunt in the male and female competition.
